Assistant Manager, Finance (AccountsReceivable) (Perm Role)

# Salary Range: Up toS$5,500/month

# Location: Jurong West

# Working days/hours: 5-Day Work Week

#Hybrid Work Arrangement: Once/Week 

JobResponsibilities

• Financial aid disbursement
• Overseesponsorship management and billing
• Monitordebts collection for student loans and sponsorship
• Liaise with banks and government agencies on financialaid schemes
• Oversees budget for financial aiddisbursement
• Ensure all the disbursementtransactions are promptly and accurately accounted in financialsystem
• Ensure efficient processes, systems andadequate governance and controls are in place
• Review monthly, half-yearly and annual variancereporting
• Review monthly balance sheet reviewreconciliations, year-end financial reporting and auditschedules
• Assist or lead businesstransformation change across systems, processes, people andtechnology
• Implement process improvementinitiatives to enhance operational efficiency and improve staffproductivity

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualificationin Accountancy
• Minimum 5 years of relevantwork experience, with least 2 years of supervisoryexperience
• Strong supervisory skills to lead ateam 
• Proficient in Microsoft officeapplications (e.g. Excel- vlookup, pivot table,formulas)
• IT savvy with using differentsystems
• Knowledge on the use of IT tools/software such as Power Query, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) isan added advantage
