As a business projectmanager, you will play a pivotal role in steering Globesend'ssuccess. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team todetail, plan, and execute the business project to deliverinnovative products and services on time. These offerings will bekey to achieving our mission of making Globesend the preferredplatform for convenient, fast and secure global moneytransfers.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning andManagement:Create comprehensive project plans,including timelines, milestones, anddeliverables.
  Identify risks and escalate issues thatimpact scope, time, cost, quality, and benefits in a timelymanner.
  Maintain a task tracker and oversee projectexecution to meet deadlines.
  Use project management toolslike Jira, Confluence, and Gantt charts to create, track, andmanage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Governance and ProgressTracking:Establish and manage project governancestructures, including cadence for key meetings such as: ProjectSteering Committee (PSC), Execution stand-ups and other stakeholderalignment forums.
  Organise and facilitate weekly,fortnightly & monthly project cadences, including preparationof agendas and minutes of meetings.
  Monitor progress andescalate roadblocks as needed.
  Prepare periodic progressreports for stakeholders.
  Work with the GlobeSend countryteams to ensure that the business progress is reviewed regularlyand compared against plan and key GlobeSend initiatives are trackedclosely for delivery.
• Communication and StakeholderManagement:Develop and execute a projectcommunication plan to keep stakeholders informed andaligned.
  Act as a liaison between internal teams (e.g.,sales, compliance, tech, marketing) and externalpartners.
  Ensure alignment across country and regionalteams on project goals.
  Create high-quality presentationdecks for project updates, including for senior management andstakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, projectmanagement, or a related field
• 5+ years ofexperience in project management, with a proven track record ofsuccessful project delivery
• Strongunderstanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile,Waterfall)
• Excellent communication,interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Abilityto work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g.,Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence)
• Excellentcommunication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborativeenvironment.
• Ability to function effectivelyunder pressure in environments of rapid change, conflictingdemands, and crisis management and possess creative problem-solvingskills.
