- Marketing is about understanding people and buildingawareness of how our products and services can satisfy their needs.We're looking for a versatile marketer who's eager to do this andmore. The candidate will need to have experience in developing andexecuting marketing campaigns. The candidate should be proficientwith day-to-day marketing activities and strive under tightdeadlines to meet changing needs and timelines.
- This is a Direct contract role for 6months.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
- Responsible for leading driving and delivering brand andmarketing plans and strategies for Singapore WRB product to meetbusiness KPIs.
- Responsible for the alignmentof marketing objectives, deliverables and review of budgets andmetrics against each budget line for Marketing.
- Good stakeholders and agencies management skill isimportant.
- Identify effectiveness and impactof current marketing initiatives and optimiseaccordingly.
- Present ideas and finaldeliverables to internal marketing team andstakeholders.
- Proactively identify and monitoremerging issues and potential risks to delivery, escalating to linemanagement and relevant CABM, Brand and WRB leads asappropriate.
Business
- Proven success in developing marketing plans andcampaigns (not essential but good to have)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management, multitasking, anddecision-making skills
- Metrics-drivenmarketing mind with eye forcreativity
Processes
- Responsible for the development of creative briefs andguide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising andpublic-¬facing communications including print, anddigital.
- Work with stakeholders and agenciesto conceptualise and execute on multichannel campaigns across theprospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment ofcommunications and messaging in allchannels.
People &Talent
- Develop stronginternal relationships and collaborative working models with keystakeholders across business teams to ensure effective partnershipsamong colleagues across WRB, Brand and CABM
- Keep abreast of delivery of marketing projects againstdeveloped plans, update plans and communicate changes to keystakeholders.
RiskManagement
- Adhere toBrand guideline and manage marketing standards to reinforce overallSC positioning through consistency in tone, look and feel, and gaincompetitive marketadvantage.
Governance
- Implement a standard marketing process including marketplanning, campaign execution, performance tracking and stakeholderengagement model.
- Understand the regulatoryframework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatoryrequirements and expectations relevant to therole.
Regulatory &Business Conduct
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Valuesand Code of Conduct.
- Take personalresponsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics,including regulatory and business conduct, across StandardChartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliancewith, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations,guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate,mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliancematters.
- Lead the WRB SG Marketing to achievethe outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles: [FairOutcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial CrimeCompliance; The Right Environment.]
- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate,mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliancematters.

Our IdealCandidate
- 5 Plus yearsexperience in Marketing role with Digital marketing as aplus.
- Strong working knowledge of resourceplanning and stakeholder management.
- Experience in working in a complex, globalorganization.
- Experience in Data Gathering& Analysis
- Experience in MarketingStrategy and Positioning.
