TikTok-Data Video Recommendation Team isresponsible for the personalized recommendation algorithms forTikTok's hundreds of millions of global users. Here, you willcollaborate with top algorithm engineers in the industry,leveraging your expertise in deep learning, recommendationalgorithms, and large models to continuously transform and enhancethe TikTok user experience and content ecosystem. In particular,the local service recommendation team focuses on targeting userexperience and transaction scale optimization for lifestyle servicecontent, including hotels, travel, dining, and more. This role aimsto pioneer new content and revenue streams for the company.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for developingtransaction recommendation algorithms for international localservices. Collaborate with the team to build an industry-leadingrecommendation system, accurately recommending local serviceproducts to hundreds of millions of global users, increasingtransaction volume, and enhancing the user transaction experience.
2. Proficient in core algorithms related torecommendations, with a deep understanding of machine learning,deep learning, and LLM algorithms applied in video, live streaming,geographic location, and product recommendation systems. Optimizerecall strategies, model architectures, and multi-objectiveoptimization mechanisms to improve recommendation efficiency andaccuracy.
3. Drive the integration of localservice transaction optimization with industry knowledge. Conductin-depth analysis of the characteristics of the local servicesindustry, focusing on typical domains such as hotels, travel, anddining. Combine industry knowledge with recommendation algorithmsto enhance user transaction experiences, improve conversionefficiency, and facilitate scalable growth of GMV in localservices.
4. Optimize user transaction anddecision-making experiences. Conduct in-depth research on userdiscovery behaviors, leveraging data mining and analyticaltechniques to improve user interactions during transactions andoverall experience. Strengthen user trust and loyalty to theplatform.
Qualifications
MinimumQualifications:
1. Master'sdegree or above in computer science or a related field.
2. Strong programming skills with a solidfoundation in machine learning/deep learning; candidates withexperience in recommendation systems, computational advertising,search engines, or LLM-related fields will be preferred.
3. Passionate about recommendation algorithmsand machine learning, with a willingness to learn, thinkcritically, delve deeply, and innovate.
4.Excellent problem analysis and solving skills, along with strongcommunication abilities and a collaborative team spirit.
