Location: Pasir Ris Drive 6-VidaCity
ACCOUNTSEXECUTIVE
Role &Responsibilities :
- Handlefull set of accounts, including Account Payable and AccountReceivable, Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliation.
- Generate invoices.
- Prepare GIROcollection/ payment via online banking.
- Prepare Payroll and CPF submission.
- Prepare GST submission.
- Preparefinancial reports for management.
- Assist inTax computation
- Assist Financial reports forsubmission to authorities.
- Other ad hoc dutiesas required by the Management.
Requirements:
- Min. Certificate or Diploma in Accounting/Finance.
- Min. 5 years’ experience in relevantscope of work.
- Hands on experience inaccounting software eg. SQL,Sage, MYOB.
- Hands on experience in HR &CRM software would be an advantage. InfoTechHRM & TaidiiCRM.
- Proficiency in MS Office, includingOutlook, Words and Excel with good knowledge in pivot table,vlookup functions etc.
- Familiarwith government online portal (optional).
- Wellspoken and written English.
- Organised andmeticulous with good attention to details
- Goodtime management and ability to multi-task
Working Hour & Location:
- 8.30amto 5.30pm, 5-days week.

Experience:
- Accounts payable: 5 years (Required)
