Make an Impactby

• Collaborate withmultiple stakeholders to design experiences that bring positiveimpact to sales and customer journeys.
• Conducting user acceptance testing by experimenting withA/B or multi-variant testing to improve customerjourneys
• Analyse data to informdecisions
• Create discussion guides andcollaborate with research team for user studies.
• Understand design systems and effectively produceintuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Ensurequality of design from concept to finish in UAT, BRT and Productionenvironments.

Skillsfor Success

• MinDiploma / Degree, preferably in digital media or digital productdesign, UXUI design
• Min 3-5 years of relevantworking experience in digital UXUI design/product design(agency/inhouse)
• Proficient in Figmatool
• Proficient in user interface design (UI),user experience design (UX), and/or concept ideation andprototyping
• Excellent communicator andcollaborator
• Keen interest in design and thedesign community
• Bonus if have experience inagilemethodology
