Your role willinvolve coordination with various teams. You will be payingattention to detail and have excellent problem-solving skills. Youwill be using logic to trouble shoot problems; and assign andmonitor financial aspects. You should have a good knowledge of theworkingprocedures.
Qualifications
Universitydegree or professional qualification in accounting, finance, orrelevant field (ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
Minimum of 5years of finance managerial experience infinance.
Candidate with regional exposure inAPAC will be an added advantage.
Experience inleading finance in matrix environment including ability to managethrough complexity and ambiguity
Businesspartnering and commercial finance experience

JobDescription:
Business Partnering andContract Management
- Team member ofAccount Relationship Team with client
- Partnering with Account Lead in providing financialreports and analysis for business decision making.
- Interaction with different stakeholders includingthird-party service providers/vendors and key clientpersonnel.
- Expense and debtors'management
- Setting, review and monitoring offinancial key performance indicators
- Resolvingsystem issues
- Implementation of processimprovements, encouraging efficiencies in financialmanagement
- Ensure the Finance team assistswith on-going cost saving projects, including identification,monitoring and analysis.
InvoicePayments & Billings
- ManageVendor Payments
- Ensure accurate and timelyclient billings.
- Support and maintain allnecessary guidelines and manuals associated with the accountspayable / receivable process
- Accountable forthe timely coordination of the JLL invoice processing andmonitoring the accounts receivable ensuring management of JLL cashflow.
- Optimizing working capital andmonitoring liquidity on the account. Develop and execute strategiesto maximize cash efficiency while minimizing financialrisks.
Reporting/Forecasting/Planning
- Responsible for developing and implementing financialplans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analysefinancial data to provide insights on performance, identify areasfor improvement, and measure the financial impact of businessinitiatives.
- Accurate and timely monthly,quarterly & ad hoc reporting and variance analysis for clientand corporate requirements, Annual budget & quarterly forecastsfor both client and corporate stakeholders.
- Working closely with the local country Finance teams onprofitability/revenue variances, issues and other requirements andtask
- Reviewing and monitoring of potentialrisk and opportunities within the account
- Perform sensitivity analysis and scenario modelling whererequested.
General LedgerManagement, Policies & Procedures & Audit
- Management of Month Endprocesses
- Responsible in ensuring month endclosing procedures are properly performed and investigated i.e.Bank Reconciliation, GRNV
- Ensure dataintegrity of the systems across the region and audit data from timeto time.
- Working with different finance teams(i.e Controllership, FP&A teams) to compliance to accountingstandards such as revenue recognition (fee at risk), costcapitalisation and etc.
- Ensure thatappropriate process and systems controls are in place andmaintained to guarantee the integrity of alltransactions.
- Ensure that all financialaccounting and reporting is audit worthy and in keeping withrecognised quality management processes
- Ensureall finance staff are well trained on the financial systems &are effectively able to extract data.
- Co-ordination of adhoc financial requests as required byregional financeteam
