The Go-to-MarketOperations (GTM) team ensures that Google's complex andever-evolving ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental insetting the go-to-market strategy and guiding flawless executionand operations against the strategy. We stay focused on aligningthe highest-level company priorities with strong day-to-dayoperations, while also helping to evolve early stage ideas intofuture-growth initiatives. We have teams embedded in each of themajor Ads business areas, and global teams that work across thebusiness areas. Team members are analytical and strategic with apragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Thisindividual contributor role sits within the Product Go-to-Marketteam, tasked with accelerating and defending large customer revenuegrowth across the region via the development and adoption ofproducts, tools and program best practices. Our team is looking fora highly motivated, top performing individual to lead the APAC 3Ppartner go-to-market strategy for Google's Marketing Mix Model(MMM), Meridian, and Google Analytics. This role will be chargedwith building and cultivating the 3P partner ecosystem, includingleading regional certification, funding program governance,enablement needs and market-to-product feedback loops. This rolewill also serve as the senior specialist and thought leader onproduct partner strategy across agencies, independent andspecialized services organizations and be responsible for leadingregional thoughtleadership.

Jobresponsibilities

  • Build the Google Next Gen Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) 3Pecosystem, including, but not limited to certifying APAC-basedpartners, overseeing funding deployment and partnering with datascience and MMM specialist teams to maintain services quality andupskilling.
  • Develop and lead regional GTMinitiatives on Google Analytics and Next Gen MMM that help partnersgrow their practice and product portfolio through scaled solutionsand services.
  • Create internal awareness ofpartner network servicing Google Analytics & MMM, jointsolutions offerings, and capabilities with relevant regional andin-country sales leads; support the integration of the latter intocustomer services and program deployment.
  • Support Google partner sales teams on advocating forGoogle Analytics and Next Gen MMM solutions value propositioninside the partner organizations. Drive thought leadership on NextGen MMM and Google Analytics externally.
  • Establish and maintain partner-to-product feedback loopsto ensure partner input into product roadmaps, use cases and thedevelopment of technical and GTMenablement.

Minimumqualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practicalexperience.
  • 8 years of experience inmanagement consulting, sales operations, business strategy,investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporateadvisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanceddegree.

Preferredqualifications

  • MBA.
  • Extensive knowledge in partnercustomer lifecycle, commercial offerings and have experiencemanaging services partnerships.
  • Experienceworking with and influencing senior sales executives and a broadrange of internal stakeholders from sales, marketing through tointegrations and data science teams.
  • Exceptional leadership presence and communication skills,with the ability to quickly absorb technical concepts andeffectively communicate them to a non-technicalaudience.
  • Track record of designing andleading complex cross-functional work programs and go-to-marketstrategies.
