A qualified candidate will be self-motivated with strongtechnical and analytical skills as well as possess practical andhands-on approach to engineering control in the areas of metrologymanagement

- Recipe creation and optimisation for new R&Dapplications requirement.
- Preventive andcorrective maintenance planning cum execution and vendormanagement.
- To take charge of new toolstechnical assessment and tender creation (equipment cum processapplication startup) and service contract tender set-up
- Drive continuous improvement projects (CIP) to achievebetter measurement repeatability (MSA, GR&R, SPCetc).
- To set-up appropriate process andproduct control plan and out of control action plans(OCAP)
- Provide technical training to relatedstaff on best-known practices in terms of application metrologyrecipecreation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics, Material,Physics or Chemical engineering
- Minimum 3~5years of hands-on semiconductor experience (preferably in metrologyapplication and equipment maintenance)
- Possesscomputer soft ware skills (i.e. JMP, Minitab, SQL, Visual basic,etc)
- Knowledge in problem solving and qualitycontrol skills (i.e. LEAN 6sigma, RCA, DOE,etc)
