Job Description

Sales:

1. Develop new overseas customers through company-assigned inquiries and Google, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, company databases, etc.;

2. Collate and analyze the background of target companies, collect customer information, and send targeted promotional emails;

3. Follow up customer inquiries, sign contracts, and follow up payments through emails, telephone or online meetings;

4. Maintain and establish a customer archive database to explore new customer needs;

Maintain long-term and stable relationships with customers and solve customer problems;

5. Travel, participate in exhibitions, and visit old customers.

Marketing:

1. Responsible for the promotion and operation of foreign social mainstream platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Linked, Ins, and Google advertising.

2. Familiar with website ranking rules, rich experience in improving shop conversion rate is preferred, analyzing keywords, expanding accurate and high-conversion inquiry words, category optimization, enhancing natural search traffic, increasing exposure, click rate, conversion rate, and the number of inquiries.

3. Product and industry application soft article rollout.

4. Responsible for updating the company's official website;

5. Product pictures and application video shooting and editing.

6. Completing other work arranged by superiors.

Requirements

1. At least diploma or Degree holder of related industry

2. 1 year experiences and welcome fresh graduate students in sales and marketing

3. Familiar with international trade processes and relevant laws and regulations;

Speak, read, and write fluently in English, and can conduct business negotiations and contract writing;

4. Have strong market analysis and development capabilities, and be proficient in various office software;

Work proactively, have strong communication skills, and have a good team spirit

5. Follow up customers' inquiries and be familiar with international trading processes.
