Business Function: GroupTechnology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bankwith an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through astrategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology,people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage themajority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delightour business partners through our multiple banking deliverychannels. We are seeking for talented professional, to enhanceSingapore IBGO capability to enable the vision of future readysmart operations.
About thisrole:
The Operations Planning and ProjectManagement function of Singapore Institutional Banking GroupOperations (IBGO) is responsible for strategic planning, headcount& Financials management and people engagement strategy. Inaddition, the function strives to drive and execute SG countrylevel digital and strategic initiatives, change managementoperationalization, new target end-to-end Ops & Servicingmodel, operations productivity and data instrumentationimplementation, customer and employee journeys, demand management,and future ready workforce planning. The team partners closely withall IBGO Regional Project, Products and IBG COO to design fit-forpurpose ops user requirements and to scale towards SG IBGO Visionof Digital Smart Ops.
We are looking to expandour team and hire a Project Manager to drive operationaltransformation, and working with partners like Regional Functions,GTS and BU in implementation of "fit-for-purpose" design &systems. In so doing, we inspire to maximize the outcome ofdigitalization initiatives in Operations efficiency & delivermore delighting-our-customersmoments.

Responsibilities:
- Understand Operations process/ journey and translateareas of opportunity into user requirements and digitalinitiatives.
- Manage digital initiatives(include DDOM HO, digitalization, process improvement, customer/employee journey, data & analytics related) and be accountablefor their delivery, operationalization and benefitrealizations.
- Drive the end-to-end design andsolution and ensure "fit-for-purpose" & value delivery toOperations.
- Partner with GTS and BU to drivecommercialization of digital initiatives and increase digitaladoption.
- Determine end-state target operatingmodel and work with other functions in SG IBGO in preparation ofStandard Operating Procedures and delivering training.
- Ensure project adheres to the desired engagement modeland governance.
- Monitor and follow up onpost-production issue to achieve planned benefits.
- Get insights from data, dashboards and drive action plan& further improvementopportunities.
RequiredExperience:
- Degreeholder with minimum7-8 years of relevant project management, andrelevant work experience in driving digital transformation toachieve excellent business results
- Minimum 2-3years of banking operations background in corporate products likedocumentary trade, open account trade and cash management is aplus
- Strong management and communicationskills
- Excellent problem-solving skills &strategic thinking
- Ability to navigate in acomplex environment and achieve outcome
- Passion to help business with a 'can-do'attitude
- Consulting background in banking /financial services is abonus
