We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Social Media Executive to join our dynamic digital marketing team to drive engagement and brand awareness across multiple platforms.

Role Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media assets for posts, stories, and reels
• Design short-form video content strategy
• Implement social media strategies for multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube) across different regions and languages
• Track social media metrics and create comprehensive performance reports
• Schedule and publish content using social media management tools
• Monitor social media channels and actively engage with audience
• Collaborate with team members to align social content with marketing campaigns
• Stay updated on platform-specific trends and leverage them to enhance reach and engagement
• Optimize content based on platform-specific best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
• 2+ years of experienced social media account management
• Proven track record of growing social channels and driving meaningful engagement
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and current trends
• Excellent creative and analytical skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in social media management tools
• Data-driven approach to content strategy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent command of both Chinese and English

Competitive Edge Qualifiers

• Experience in the FinTech or Media & Entertainment industry.
• Knowledge of social media advertising and paid media strategies
• Experience with advanced social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
• Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
