Job Description
Essential Job Functions | 50%
- Drive the end-to-end institutional catering sales cycle, from identifying targeted accounts to closing business opportunities across a range of early childhood & eldercare sector across Singapore.
- Prospecting and identifying leads, leveraging personal networks and partnering closely with Marketing, and Inside Sales.
- Make strategic outbound calls to current customers to drive adoption, business value and client satisfaction with the ultimate goal of up-sell, cross-sell and subscription renewal
- Achieve and exceed sales targets monthly and quarterly on renewals, up-sells and other related KPI's
Customer Engagement | 30%
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers by providing guidance, assistance and necessary education to promote the value and benefits of our Solutions to enable business success
- Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with our clients, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the customer within their unique market space.
- Triage product or service related issues raised by clarifying the customer's complaint on daily order queries, while working with kitchen operations, order logistics and kitchen teams to ensure an expediting correction or service adjustment.
Cross Functional Taskings | 20%
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams in the pursuit of excellent results and flawless execution of integrated demand generation and customer loyalty programs.
- Work together with rest of sales teams in the pursuit of excellent results and flawless execution.
- Keep up with product & service development in collaboration with culinary and marketing teams, in order to bolster new menu offerings quarterly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 24 - 36 months of sales / account management experience in a B2B environment and / or leisure-hospitalityrestaurant industry. A passion and knowledge for the world of institutional catering is also highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with a hands-on approach and demonstrated ability to multitask and think creatively.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently to meet an individual sales quota.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, customer service, nurturing, educating and communications skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Works well with others in high-energy environment with minimal supervision.
Bonus points if :
- Having prior experience or possessing a good understanding of Singapore's preschool and eldercare products and service market.
- Experience with digital marketing within a b2b environment. (Google AdSense, LinkedIn, ) would be highly beneficial.
