About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities
• Assign and distribute service requests, campaign leads daily
• Generate monthly reports and data analysis on sales leads conversions and leads channel performances
• Define key metrics and design dashboards e.g. Qlik that can be used for decision-making and analysis purposes
• Proactively monitor trends in reports and share actionable insights to stakeholders
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis support to synthesize business intelligence for strategic alignments
• Drive supplementary cards acquisition volume & spending through marketing campaigns leveraging on IG, FB & SEM
• Align card activation & retention campaigns & strategy to drive customer activation & spend

Job Requirements
• Recognized university degree with minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience working in data analytics related roles & marketing campaigns
• Leverage on the different cards product platforms to drive supplementary marketing campaigns
• Experience in analysing large volumes of data and building dashboards from scratch
• Good command of Excel skills
• Hands-on experience with data visualisation tools such as Qlik
• Strong communicator who can articulate analytical findings and has good interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders
• Driven and resourceful problem-solver who can be relied upon to deliver results with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to manage multiple tracks in tight timeline and is adaptable to evolving business needs and challenges
