Responsibilities:

• Drive collaborative efforts with senior management and cross-functional teams to identify business needs and analyze requirements, fostering innovation and strategic decision-making.
• Take ownership of project timelines, product roadmaps, and success metrics, ensuring effective project management and delivering impactful results.
• Foster strong relationships with partners and vendors, overseeing communication, agreements, timelines, and dependencies to drive seamless collaboration and achieve project objectives.
• Lead the ideation and launch of new partnerships, leveraging industry expertise to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to contribute beyond regular responsibilities by occasionally assisting with partnership-related tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven success in project management or similar roles, showcasing a track record of delivering results and driving business growth.
• Exceptional ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and partners across different time zones, facilitating seamless communication and alignment.
• Strong knowledge and application of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and Lean principles to optimize project management processes and deliver value.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, utilizing them to manage timelines, track user requirements, and ensure project progress.
• Preferred certifications in project management, such as PMP, PMI ACP, ITIL, showcasing a commitment to professional growth and expertise.
• Experience managing projects involving both hardware and software components, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with external SaaS software vendors and partners, fostering collaboration and maximizing value.
• Strong ability to formalize requirements and oversee collaboration across multiple vendors and suppliers, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement and influencing outcomes.
