Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated OpenShift Certified Solution Architect with expertise in Day 1 solution architecture to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of OpenShift technologies and a proven track record of designing and implementing effective solutions on the platform.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze technical requirements for new projects.
Design and architect OpenShift-based solutions for Day 1 deployment, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Develop comprehensive solution architecture documentation, including diagrams and technical specifications.
Implement best practices for application deployment, orchestration, and monitoring on the OpenShift platform.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application deployment, containerization, and platform configuration.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in OpenShift and containerization technologies.
Participate in knowledge sharing and contribute to the improvement of architectural and operational processes.

Qualifications:

OpenShift Certification (e.g., Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration or similar) is required.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on Day 1 solution architecture.
Strong understanding of containerization, Kubernetes, and OpenShift concepts.
Proficiency in designing and deploying applications on OpenShift, including container images, pods, services, and routes.
Experience with cloud-native technologies, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
Solid knowledge of networking, security, and performance optimization in the context of containerized applications.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred:

Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
Previous experience in mentoring or leading technical teams.
Familiarity with software development practices and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python).
