Looking for SAP Consultants with expertise in SAP ABAP with IS-Utilities. The Consultant should be good in requirement analysis, proposing solutions, and conduct testing, training the end users. Provide user support via incident, problem and change management processes. The role also requires technical knowledge along with functional expertise in respective SAP modules.

Responsibilities:

• Should have strong working experience and knowledge in functional side of CS/CRM in ABAP ISU.
• Must have good hands-on experience in development, testing and deployment for SAP ABAP ISU
• Move-in Move-out (MIMO) process enhancements.
• Enhancements on exceptions and IDEX transactions processing enhancements.
• Customer journey enhancements.
• Interfaces to the portal and mobile app would be most preferred.
