Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a Manufacturing MNC. They are looking for a Utilities to assist to assist them in their next phrase of their business. They are located in the West – easily accessible.

Responsibilities

• Execute implementation activities for plant modifications, plant improvements, adhering to defined specifications, budget, and facility qualifications, in alignment with approved procedures.
• Provide specialized advice to other departments and team members, fostering troubleshooting and continuous improvements in processes and systems.
• Collaborate with the project team on capital projects and take charge of developing and implementing maintenance plans for newly installed equipment.
• Contribute site inputs for spare parts strategies concerning current and new process equipment, including spare standardization, inventory turnover, and management of aging spare parts.
• Monitor and enforce compliance measures, including safety, within the Utilities function, ensuring plant inspection readiness, and actively participating in audit teams.
• Supervise, develop, and motivate junior staff, empowering them to achieve their maximum potential and actively contribute to the department's objectives.
• Provide support in developing a facility master plan to ensure compliance with engineering standards, effectively manage obsolescence, and facilitate asset replacement.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

• Min Diploma in Engineering
• Experience in Manufacturing industry
• Sound experience in handling boiler, cooling tower, brine chiller and other utilities.
• Singapore Certified Energy Manager will be added bonus
