Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties and data entry.
- Filling and archived documents.
- Preparation of Invoice / Purchase Order / Delivery Order.
- Reimbursement for Staffs.
- Monitor and update Staffs attendance and leave record.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Other ad-hoc tasks when required.
Requirements:
- Preferably 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- All education level are welcome to apply
