Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• General administrative duties eg typing, co-ordinating courier, updating of records, supporting the business functions.

• Raising bill and monitoring collections

• Assist in corporate secretarial matters

Requirements:

• Min GCE A' Level or Diploma with at least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.

• Detailed oriented person, proactive and strong sense of responsibility.

• A team player with strong multi-tasking and organizing skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with critical thinking ability.

• Meticulous and demonstrates good initiative.
