Roles & Responsibilities

As a telemarketer, you will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the Sales Team. You will be involved in generating leads for the Sales Team to follow up and build rapport with clients. Additional responsibilities include simple administrative work.

• Perform cold-calling to prospective clients
• Build rapport with existing and new clients
• Follow up with prospective clients
• Contact clients for business development opportunities or events
• Arranging and scheduling appointments

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented, target driven and challenge seeking
• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
• Experience in sales or telesales
• Independent & proactive
• Sales driven
• Good IT skills and knowledge of MS Office, Google Tools and Skype
