Work location: Commonwealth

Working hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for analyzing, architecting, designing, implementing, and offering support for Communications Cloud (Vlocity) Solutions, while possessing experience in B2B implementation.
• Develop software solutions utilizing Vlocity, Salesforce API framework & third-party APIs.
• Engage in communication with project/product managers & developers to formulate project strategies across all stages of development, testing, and deployment.
• Identify customers' challenges and objectives, craft tailored solutions to support with their business requirements and objectives.
• Illustrate the process of integrating with Salesforce to potential clients.
• Provide system administration assistance on Salesforce environment systems.
• Work together with internal stakeholders to ensure Salesforce environment effectively meets internal functional & performance requirements.

Requirements:

• Proficient using Apex, VisualForce, Native, MySQL, C# and JavaScript, accompanied by a robust foundation in design.
• Well-versed in comprehending the latest attributes of Salesforce Lightning.
• Familiarity with various Salesforce Integration Patterns.
• Profound grasp of Salesforce Objects & Data Model.
• Experienced working in Agile methodologies.
