Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Software Tester to join the project of managing portfolio accounting system. We are currently integrating with a corporate-wide master data management (MDM) system to pull the static data from the system.

• Executing tests on software usability
• Analyzing test results on impacts, errors or bugs, and usability
• Logging testing result and working with developers to analyse errors/bugs, performance issues and other unintended behavior
• Interacting with clients to understand the requirements and issues
• Track and report defects to developers for fix.
• Support and work with users on UAT and pre-production testing.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of software testing experience with possess hands-on QA testing experience.
• Strong experience in SQL queries (preferably in Oracle).
• Experience in preparing test cases and executing SIT.
• Comfortable in Windows and Linux environments
• Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.
• Able to think out of the box to test the function and performance of software
• Team player with good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of web services (e.g. REST API) and hands-on experience using Postman is a plus.
• Knowledge of job scheduling agents like Control-M, Windows Scheduler etc is a plus.
