Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager, CRM Enterprise Application, this role will be a member of the ERP implementation project team to work with the implementation partner, business users and IT to gather requirements, analyze, design and implement technology best practice. This role will also ensure the smooth running of critical business processes after project implementation

Responsibilities:

. Combined role of implementation and functional

. Planning and implementation sessions, translating business needs

. Transfer of functional requirements to development and test teams

. Create functional designs, test conditions and test scripts

. Oversee and conduct system integration and user acceptance tests

. Develop training materials, conduct user training and educate users

Minimum Qualifications:

. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

. Minimum 3 years' experience in CRM implementation, configuration,

system design or related business experience

. At least 5 years' experience in enterprise business application

development and delivery, e.g. CRM, ERP

. Strong project implementation and working experience using Oracle

CX and Knowledge in cloud plus

. Prior migration experience from Oracle EBS to Oracle CX plus
