We are looking for an associate (contract /part-time / internship) to support the company's directors with thefollowing:

• Working with the advisoryand restructuring team to ensure compliance of statutory andregulatory requirements
• Drafting of letters,reports and resolutions
• Liaison with banks,government organizations, solicitors andagents
• Updating of systems and filing ofreports and paperwork

The job is fun,challenging and will open you up to potentially a new career inliquidation & restructuring advisory. Conversion to full-timeposition for good candidates ispossible.

Monday - Friday

10 to 20hours / week
