My client is a leading wafer manufacturer in the semiconductor industry, providing top tiered silicon wafers to their customers worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Onsite day-to-day operations of the End User Computing support to users in Singapore and remote support for regional offices
- Alignment of End User Computing with Global team
- Provide 1st & 2nd level technical support for Windows and Mobile OS, File and Print, Office365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Active Directory etc.)
- Manage the complete life-cycle of laptop/desktop environment from procurement, on-going support to decommissioning
- Work closely and provide technical support to other IT teams as required
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments in a fast-paced and highly challenging environment
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Studies or Information Technology
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in Microsoft technologies (SCCM, GPO, Azure, Intune, Windows 10 etc) and networking technologies (Wifi, LAN / WAN)
- Possess an aptitude for acquiring new skills and knowledge
- ITIL certification will be an advantage
- Relevant experience in IT Service Management
- Strong technical knowledge and experience on MS technologies
- Ability to multitask under pressure, ensuring service delivery is maintained
- Good Team Player
- Willing to work in the East
