Job Responsibilities

• Calling & Prospecting - Initiating calls to individuals or businesses in order to introduce services
• Product Knowledge: Developing a strong understanding of the services being offered in order to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers
• KPI: Keep track and record keep of progress & follow-up on appointment in timely manner with potential customers
• Compliance: Adhering to relevant laws and regulations related to telemarketing and consumer protection

• Building Rapport: Establishing a positive and professional rapport with potential customers to build trust and increase the likelihood of a successful sale
• Overcoming Objections: Addressing concerns, doubts, or objections that potential customers may have and providing information to alleviate these concerns
• Feedback and Improvement: Providing feedback to the marketing and sales teams based on customer interactions, helping to refine scripts and approaches for better results
