Roles & Responsibilities

  • Report all technical issues directly to immediate supervisor and assist in day-to-day activities of IT department.
  • Provide helpdesk and technical support related to hardware and software for end users in offices, kitchens and all outlets.
  • Provide support and maintenance of computer operating systems, application software, laptops and ERP systems.
  • Label IT equipment and maintain registers of IT equipment and software.
  • Monitor all IT hardware assets and suitability of these assets in accordance with the requirement of respective department.
  • Provide support to POS menu modification, queue TV and menu TV trouble shooting.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
