Roles & Responsibilities

This is a compelling opening for a Senior Manager specializing in Fund Finance. This role entails overseeing Real Estate fund administration, encompassing financial reporting, cash management, and transfer agency operations for our esteemed high-value client portfolios.

• Overseeing the day-to-day supervision and coordination of reporting requirements for all funds and SPVs. • Managing deadlines and planning resources effectively.
• Exercising review and supervision over SPVs and fund accounting processes.
• Evaluating accounting data prepared by external accounting service providers chosen by the client.
• Conducting consolidation of financial statements based on IFRS/INREV standards.
• Performing reconciliation between local GAAP and IFRS, such as PRC GAAP and JGAAP.
• Collaborating with the client to define the scope and prepare customized investor questionnaires and fund performance reports.
• Interacting with auditors, tax advisors, legal advisors, and company secretaries to support fund administration functions.
• Researching technical accounting issues, coordinating their treatment with auditors, documenting findings, and educating junior staff.
• Providing hands-on operational support during fund acquisition/disposition, including preparing and managing capital call step plans.
• Taking responsibility for addressing client/investor queries and handling ad hoc requests.
• Participating in system enhancements, coordinating testing efforts with various internal teams, and escalating any issues that arise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance
• Strong knowledge and experience in Fund Administration and Consolidation
• More than 5 years of experience in Fund Accounting
• Ability to adapt and work under pressure
• Relevant experience within the Real Estate industry will be advantageous
