Roles & Responsibilities

MAIN PURPOSE

The incumbent is responsible for the IT local applications of Shiseido Travel Retail (STR) and will be in charge of IT infrastructure application (Client App), infrastructure development, implementation, operations and manage business requests following global governance and direction as well as ensuring the quality of Infra service activities in all STR entities.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the Infrastructure Business Applications (Microsoft 365, Outlook, SharePoint, Azure, Active directory, MS Team, Box, digital applications,) and application connections through the infrastructure including Security L1 layer, IT device/mobile managed by STR.
  • Work closely with relevant departments to assess potential IT risks within STR (including security risk assessment of internal and external apps/tools) and make recommendations for infrastructure management implementation.
  • Implement and utilize advanced functions of Office 365, including security, governance and compliance (e.g. DLP, IRM, MDM, AIP, in-place hold, SCCM, Intune).
  • Administer, manage, and maintain Microsoft 365 environment (around 2000 users), including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for business and teams.
  • Lead the problem resolution once a system failure occurs. Also, when system failures occur in other regions, he/she will support problem resolution as a member of the global infrastructure team.
  • Maintain collaborative solutions, technical documentations, licenses, and tools in operational conditions: administration, support, analysis, optimization, updating of the IT service catalogue.
  • Provide support to end-users (around 250 users) and manage the IT incidents via the support ticket tool ServiceNow.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365 issues, including user access, connectivity and account deletion.
  • Manage the IT partners for the incident’s resolution based on the SLA.
  • Train the end-users on Microsoft applications and improve the workspace applications including the collaborative tools like Share drive applications.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Minimally 8 years of relevant experience in IT Application & global company infrastructure.
  • Advanced understanding of incident/problem management and ITIL environment, and project management.
  • Advanced expertise in client related device and tools, client APP, Network (LAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP), Help Desk management.
  • Possess business-wide impacted problem-solving skills and experience in critical application solutions like Microsoft application.
  • Experience with systems would be advantageous: AD/AAD (user/device object, security group), M365 (Exchange, SPO, TEAMS, PowerApps, etc.), Intune (Device management, MDM), any SSO solution, any SSL-VPN solution, Proofpoint (mail filtering).
  • Microsoft Certifications preferred.
  • Familiar with global environments and adept at collaborating with stakeholders across different regions.
  • Extensive experience as an Applications Manager in organizations with over 500 users.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills, both written and verbal.
  • Collaborative and proactive.
