Role Responsibilities

We are looking for a Operations Executive who can independently arrange, manage and track the shipments from end to end. The ideal candidate must possess an eye for detail and the passion in data tracking plus analysis to optimise the supply chain operations to ensure on time delivery to our customers at the most cost-effective option available. We are looking for someone that can improve the processes to support the company’s expansion efforts.

● To liaise with merchants and arrange shipments according to the SLA to meet ensure compliance with delivery promise

● Track end to end of flow of the shipment and analyse the data to improve number of days for the shipment to reach the customers

● Report of analysed data and KPI to aid in decision making to improve processes and cost

● Liaise directly with freight forwarders and last mile delivery drivers and to monitor expenses regarding shipping

● Attention to detail when quality control of all items in the shipment and for all preparation and filing of document

● Participate in special projects – with in-function & cross-functional teams- and provide leadership and expertise when called for.

● Responsible for developing systematic processes to deliver consistent quality and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.

● Customer services

● Livestream event admin support when necessary.
