What a day-in-your-life would look like:

  • Champion all queries and requests from walk-ins/emails/phone calls in a professional, trustworthy, and prompt manner
  • Provide assistance and support to our students, parents and teachers for our online classes
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations & administrative duties

You should possess:

  • A strong customer-centric personality and a growth mindset
  • A pleasant and cheerful disposition
  • Commendable interpersonal communication skills
  • Ideally, at least 1 year of customer service-related working experience

Job requirements:

  • Be able to work 4 weekdays (10am - 6.30pm/ 12.30pm to 9pm), and 1 weekend (8.30am - 6.30pm)
  • Obtained a NITEC Certificate or Diploma in any field
  • Be proficient with MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Willing to pick up IT skills like Zoom functions, etc
