Your Role

We are looking for an experienced QA Technician to support the daily incoming and outgoing inspection of products as well as proper keeping of documentation, records and reports.

What Will You Do

• To perform in-process, incoming inspection (visual and dimensional).
• To prepare inspection and test reports when required.
• To ensure the quality of incoming, in-process, and outgoing parts and take prompt and effective corrective actions for non-conformances.
• To provide maintenance of CMM and Inspection Room.
• To provide maintenance of measuring instruments (inclusive of monitoring of signing out or signing in).
• To support workshop activities as and when required or assigned by the immediate Supervisor.

What Do We Want

• Must have at least a Nitec / Diploma in Mechanical / Electronics Engineering or related fields.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Quality function in a manufacturing environment.
• Have knowledge of using CMM and other measuring instruments and interpretation of mechanical or technical drawings.
• Have basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances (GD & T).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
