Roles & Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, ensuring their service needs are met, and striving for a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage all reservations and promptly respond to customer inquiries via online booking platforms.
• Take charge of addressing customer complaints and finding effective solutions to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal departments from outside country
• Collect and consolidate client requirements and collaborate with service vendors to fulfill customer expectations.
• Establish an e-sales channel and develop plans in line with key client account development strategies.
• Oversee all organizational project-related matters and effectively manage daily project management issues.
• Provide training programs to educate APAC end-users on product knowledge and the utilization of various online booking platforms.
• Stay informed about the terminology of the automobile business and remain up-to-date with technological advancements in the product.

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in Business or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• B2B experience
• Able to work independently with strong problem solving skills
