Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all legal affairs related to our trading operations and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Negotiate and resolve disputes in relation to Trading and other businesses
• Provide legal advice and support to trading businesses.   
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and maintain the laws and internal regulations regards to trading businesses
• To prepare, review and advise on contracts and other legal matters, as required.
• Handle legal risks, advising senior management, and providing strategic legal guidance to support the company's objectives

 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors’ degree in Law and call to the Bar in Singapore
• 2 years’ experience in International Shipping & Trade
• Deep understanding of commodities trading regulations, industry practices, and market dynamics.
• Dynamic, hardworking, meticulous and good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
