Roles & Responsibilities

• Position : Admin or Officer Manager - Up to $5700
• Location : Near Raffles Place MRT
• Working hours :5 days work week, Monday - Friday :9.00-6.00pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5700 + Bonus + 14 Days AL
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Agriculture

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Develop and implement efficient office procedures and policies.
• Handle office communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
• Oversee office space and facilities, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain employee records and assist with payroll administration.
• Address employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience is preferred
• Diploma or above
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
