Job Title: QMS (Quality Management System) or Document Control Engineer (ID3348)
Location: Ang Mo Kio
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:30pm
Salary: $3000 to $3500


Job Description:
•Responsible for maintaining management systems & managing document control processes.
•Assist to establish procedures/work instructions & distribution of documents.
•Track & ensure timely calibration/preventive maintenance of tools & equipment.
•Conduct internal audits. Ensure system readiness for both 3rd party certification body & customer audits.
•Conducts training for new hired on the Quality & RBA systems.
•Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
•Education: Degree / Diploma in Engineering disciplines
•Working Experience: Min.2 years of working experiences in managing QMS system & document control, preferably in manufacturing or Semi con related industries.
•Internal auditor for ISO 9001/14001/45001
•Knowledge of Social, Environmental & Ethical industrial standards preferred
•Knowledge in problem solving methodologies - 8D, 5WHY, FMEA
•MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
