Position Summary:

As a Cloud Solutions Architect at Temus, you will play a pivotal role in shaping cloud architectures, collaborating with project teams, and providing technical leadership. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of cloud-based projects and driving innovation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams and lead architectural efforts for cloud migration projects.
• Design and refine Standards, Patterns, and Building Blocks for project teams based on best practices.
• Ensure Standards and policy requirements are integrated into solution building blocks.
• Assess solution resiliency and compliance with policies and procedures to prevent problems before they occur.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges, proactively addressing them.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their impact on solution architectures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computing Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years in an Architect role, designing complex, cloud-based solutions.
• Proven experience in leading/guiding small teams.
• Understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles.
• Strong knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management.
• Hands-on expertise in cloud services, such as EC2, Lambda, S3, and more.
• AWS Solutions Architect certification preferred.
• Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Shell) a plus.
