Roles & Responsibilities

Identify opportunities, manage and develop existing and new customers

To maintain relationship by providing support, information and service improvements.

Provide customer quotation

Gather market information and provide feedback on buying trend

Prepare sales report and forecast by collecting, analysing and summarizing information

Identify products improvement or new product by remaining segment trends from market activities and competitors.

Manage sales personnels and develop sales & sales support staffs.

~ Class 3 License

~ Fresh Grad, or 2-3 years’ experience preferred.

~ Diploma in Electrical, Electric Mechanical, Business Admin., Marketing

~ Apply basic negotiation skills and techniques

~ Apply principles of revenue management

~ Apply risk management procedures

~ Demonstrate initiative and enterprising behaviours

~ Documenting project processes and outcomes

~ Establish relationships for customer confidence

~ Facilitate compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements

~ Facilitate effective communication and engagement at the workplace

~ Facilitate effective work teams

~ Implement process improvement change

~ Maintain personal image and emotional competence to manage self and team at the workplace

~ Monitor relationship with guests/customers
