We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lead business Consultant to join of our client who is a global technology innovator.

Main Responsibilities

This role has responsibility for a program or for two or more related projects for a limited duration or on a continuing basis. The candidate needs to provide functional program development, planning, guidance, and support to ensure that business objectives are met. Candidate can influence and advise management (CXO), vendors and other professionals on strategic and tactical decisions. They analyze complex or new situations and implement solutions or develop new approaches, procedures or processes. The employee Influences the functional strategy.

The area of experience is to be in the Fintech space, involving transformational projects. The scope of the role is encompassing overall business transformation with elements of operating model, business model and technology deeply embedded.

Scope of Work

• Experience of being a program manager for Fintech projects involving digital transformation of at least two major business domains/value chains.

• Experience in leading end-to-end transformation initiatives on at least one of the domain areas - Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, digital assets, and funds securitization. Experience in multiple areas will be a good fit.

• Ideally should have handled multiple vendors/entities in one program.

• Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders, program managers, and users to run projects that deliver critical business capabilities.

• Translate business requirements to executable stories and drive execution.

• Track project dependency and perform a gap analysis.

• Strong delivery focus - able to deliver against timelines, and budget and achieve results

• Flexible, positive thinker who can find a way to get things done in a complex and fastmoving environment. Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Must Have: Strong facilitation skills to lead project meetings and large group workshops delivering on objectives by engaging participants.

• Impact on Business/Scope: Accountable for projects or programs involving multifunctional, country-wide, or regional teams. Responsible for overall functional program success. Activities are subject to business measurements.

• Strong presentation creation and presentation skills for management reporting, internal articulation, and board and investor meetings.

• Experience with budget and project financial management, and discipline.


Required Skills

• Bachelors (Must), MBA / MS in finance / relevant domains (Preferred) from reputed institutions.

• Environment: Professional knowledge of function, business unit or country operations.

Understand organizational resources, priorities, needs and policies.

• Communication/Negotiation: Guide other professionals. Adapt communications and approaches to conclude negotiations with various partners, resulting in common agreements.

• Problem Solving: Analyze complex/new situations, anticipate potential problems and future trends,

• Assess opportunities, impacts, and risks. Develop and implement solutions.

• Contribution/Leadership: Leads multi-functional teams, or conducts special projects, or manages department(s) (national or international). Has vision of functional or unit mission. Influences people and organizations, including executive management, when issues are complex/difficult and require considerable diplomacy. Considerable latitude in responsibilities to define and decide on tools, processes, priorities and resources following general business unit directives. Recognized as an expert in their field. Often no precedent exists.

• Impact customer satisfaction, and impact functional, business unit, or country costs or expenses.

• Flexible team player attitude to manage multiple team dimensions.
