The world’s largest supplier of quality construction components for garments is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join the team.   

Job scope:  

• Handles customer enquiries/orders mostly through emails (deal with overseas customers) 
• able to handle lots of emails with customers and inter-companies 
• Coordinate with intercompany/suppliers to arrange shipments.   
• Prepare quotations/proforma invoice/order confirmation.   
• Entering the orders into our in-house system.  
• Other ad-hoc tasks related to sales.  

 

Requirement:  

• Minimum GCE “O’ Level 
• Confident & independent at handling multiple tasks  
• Good command of spoken and written English. 
• Able to liaise with Chinese speaking Customers.
• 2-3 years’ experience in Customer service / Sales Coordinator roles in an office setup  
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc). 
• Only for Singaporean and PR

Working Location: Aljunied Road,  Singapore

Nearest MRT station: Matter (DTL) walking distance, 3 bus-stops from Aljunied (EWL) and 5 bus-stops from Woodleigh (NEL) Buses: 40, 61, 62, 63, 64 ,65, 100, 135, 154, 155 and 158      

Working day & hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30pm
