Job Description

• Deal Origination and Execution: Lead the identification and evaluation of potential investment opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, capital raises, and strategic partnerships
• Client Advisory: Engage with a diverse client base, including strategic corporate players and private equity investors, and to provide tailored financial advice and solutions
• Due Diligence and Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessments to support investment decisions and transaction structuring
• Sector Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on renewable trends, technologies, and investment opportunities, providing valuable insights to internal teams and clients
• Market Research and Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the renewables sector, contributing to the bank's thought leadership in sustainable finance

The Successful Applicant

• At least 4+ years of experience in investment banking or related financial roles, with a focus on the renewables sector
• In-depth understanding of renewable technologies, business models, and market dynamics, along with a proven track record of successful deal execution
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in evaluating complex investment opportunities
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a demonstrated ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences
• At least Bachelor's degree, advanced degree or certification in finance, sustainability, or related disciplines is a plus
