Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we managethe majority ofthe Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

Manage the DBS Data & Analytics Platform (ADA) Knowledge Repository and Learning and Development Program, upskilling ADA staff and training up our user base of several thousand to enable them to maximise the value of the Platform.

This includes:

• Leading a team of 4-5 staff to design, deliver and continuously improve a comprehensive skills development program for ADA staff and ADA users across all Data Analytics Personas for all levels of maturity from novice to master across the relevant toolkits on ADA

• Work with partners inside and outside DBS (e.g., vendors, universities etc.) to ensure the training curriculum is best in class / fit for purpose

• Manage user outreach and work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure support for customers from a L&D perspective

• Oversee the knowledge repository covering all components of ADA and ensure it is up to date and fit for purpose

• Work closely with ADA component teams for creating training content for multiple channels (e.g., confluence, Onebot, emails, APIs, websites) including, inter alia task-based videos tutorials for product documents.

Requirements:

• A graduate/ post-graduate degree, with 15+ years' experience in banking / finance industry

• Proven track record of designing, creating and delivering data analytics skills development programs at scale in the financial industry covering big data, machine learning and related data technologies

• Ability to build and manage strong relationships with senior stakeholders within and outside DBS with a view to crafting a world-class curriculum

• Excellent written communications with experience crafting learning programs across multiple mediums

• Familiar with the latest toolkits in creating Learning and Development programs

• Highly organized and able to deliver on multiple competing priorities under tight deadlines

• Passion to help grow people with a 'problem solving' and 'can-do' attitude
