CustomerService Officers (Full-time, ParkwayParade)

The Write Connection is apremier learning centre in Singapore. Our Customer Service Officers(CSOs) are among the best in the industry as we hold them to highstandards to deliver premium service to ourcustomers.

WorkHours

Full-time employees mustwork a 5-day week, including aweekend. Your work schedule is pegged to thecenter's operation hours and operational needs. As a general rule,you will work the followinghours:

• Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm(inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• Saturdayor Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of one hour's mealbreak)
• 1 weekday off 1 restday
• +/- 2-hour meeting perweek

WorkLocation

Work location is subjectto operational needs. You need to be comfortable with travelling tobranches around Singapore.

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES

Salesand CustomerService

• Explain ourcourses, education philosophy and pedagogy to potentialcustomers
• Promote TWC programmes to potentialand existing customers
• Build relationships withour customers
• Handle phone and email querieseffectively and promptly
• Perform and managesales transaction effectively andpromptly

AdministrativeDuties

• Arrangereplacement lessons for students, and appointments for parents,Centre Management or teachers
• Responsible forcenter's inventory and simple logistics
• Otheradministrative and ad hoc duties, e.g. filingdocuments

JobRequirements

• Haveminimum GCE 'O' levels qualifications
• Possessat least 1 year of relevant work experience in customerservice-related job roles, preferably in enrichment centerssettings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites(e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Candidates whoare proficient with MacBook and G-Suites (e.g. Drive, Gmail, Docs,and Sheets) would have added advantage
• Possessexcellent communication skills in English (spoken and written),strong organizational skills anddetail-oriented
• Able to display effective andefficient customer service abilities
• Possessgood work ethics (e.g. Integrity, professionalism, committed toexcellence)
• Willing to be trained according toTWC ethos and SOPs
• Able to work independentlyand also a team player
• Open to be deployed atother centers due to workexigencies
