Job Description
● Handle full set of accounts which include AP, AR and GL with notes to accounts
● Monitor cash balances and perform bank reconciliation
● Prepare rental billing, including reconciliation for rent roll and prior month billing
● Generate late interest billing and ageing report
● To liaise with leasing team on lease renewal/expiring/overdue payments
● Prepare monthly reporting pack to Group
● Liaise with external auditor, preparing audit schedule and responsible for audit queries
● Follow up with tax agent and preparing tax schedules for corporate tax filling
● Handling GST reporting and XBRL filling
● Any other related tasks when assigned

Job Requirement
● Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification 
● At least 5 years’ of relevant experience. 
● Self-motivated, details oriented and committed to meet deadlines. 
● Team player and has a high degree of independence and initiative. 
● Analytical with good problem solving and communication skills. 
● High level of proficiency in Excel.
