Advertising & Events Firm is urgently hiring forManager-in-Training!
We work with various clients andhandle various brands, specialising in events & roadshows. Wehelp clients to increase their monthly revenue and increase theirbusiness market shares by proven marketingcampaigns.

The Manager-in-Training has fullaccountability while assisting management on daily operations(events & office). Manager-in-Training will go through a 10months' structured training in both frontline & back-end rolesbefore moving up to becoming a full fledge certified Manager - withsalary increment + monthlybonus.

SALARY:
During training - $2.4kto $2.8k/month
After training - $4k - $4.5k/month +monthly bonus $500

WORKING DAYS:
Mondaysto Fridays + 2 Saturdays per month
10pm to7pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Events (on-site)Operations
- Marketing planning (maintain good clientsrelationship, campaigns planning)
- HR operations(recruitment, interviews, salary payouts)
- Logistics& Inventory (stocks count, reports, shipments,paperwork)
- Customer service (emails - enquiries &complaints)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevantexperience or qualification in events/marketing/advertising(optional)
- People person and willing to learn
-Positive attitude and a team player
- Min GCE 'A'levels
- Fresh grads and ORD personnels are welcomed toapply

WorkSchedule:
This job has the following workschedule:
Monday - Friday

8 hoursshift

5 days /week
