• Monday - Saturday (10:30 am - 7:30 pm)
• Location : East

The Talent:

• Minimum O levels or Diploma Holders and above
• Min 3 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant
• Proficient in MS Office

Job Description

• Providing full spectrum of secretarial, personal and family support to the Senior Executive
• Coordinate family and household affairs including license and contract renewal
• To run errands for the director family
• Responsible for the procurement of all household items (e.g. groceries, cleaning supplies, etc)
• Maintain the Executives’ complex daily schedule and keep a good system of calendar arrangement
• Organize all travel arrangement for the family including ticket and accommodation, itinerary planning, visa application etc
• Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments assigned independently and professionally
