- Preparation and analysis of financial statements and project accounts, including cash flow forecast
- Preparation of quarterly GST reporting
- Assist in periodical financial reporting and ad hoc reports as required and liaise with external auditors/ tax agents/ bankers
- Review timely and accurate payments prepared by Accounts Assistants to suppliers, banks, related companies, IRAS and other regulatory bodies.
- Maintain accounts of related companies and reconciliation
- Daily supervision of staff in the Accounts Department
- Conduct On-The Job training for new and existing staff
- Provide support on ad-hoc assignments and projects assigned by the Finance Director
