Roles & Responsibilities

• Office: East
• 5 days 8:30am–5:30pm
• Basic $3,150 - $3,550 + $250 fixed transport allowance

Responsibilities:

Logistics Duties

• Handle export and cross straits overseas shipments and confirm full of import and export documents such as bill of lading, invoice, packing list, certificate of origin etc according to customer's requirement
• Ensure timely verification of all shipping documents in order to ensure documents received prior to shipments arrival at destination
• Ensure accuracy of billing invoices from all vendors, and posting/original invoice's filing to Finance section on time for payment arrangement.
• Organize and ensure timely filing of documents in accordance to audit requirement
• Using SAP system.

Others Duties

• Produce and maintain job's related reports if required.
• Promote effective, polite and friendly working relations with all stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities in compliance as per corporate standards and government regulations.
• Buddy's system - Handle and take care of buddy's jobs when buddy is absent for work and ensure timely completion.
• Promote team work and support each other.
• Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
• Other ad-hoc duties (such as weekly's presentation, answer phones, writing of minutes of meeting etc).

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘O’ level/Diploma/Degree in Logistics field
• Possess with logistic (import & export) knowledge
