Sales Coordinator
Job Description
•Maintain and improve CRM in all aspects.
•Attend to customers’ inquiries in coordination with internal departments and manage customers’ expectation.
•Enquiry/sample/order processing inputs and follow ups.
•Preparing quotation, supportive documentations, shipment arrangement, invoicing and billing process.
•Administrative support to commercial team.
•Logistic provider sourcing & coordination of delivery.
•Periodical analytical reports are expected.
Requirements
•Prefer to have experience in import and export processing.
•Ability to multi-task, prioritization, and manage time effectively.
•Good interpersonal and strong communication skills in English & Mandarin.
•Advance knowledge in MS Excel/ powerpoint/ word.
•Able to work over-time when required.
•Possess minimum O level and above.
